Our new Rollpack for mattresses  and toppers “Marine 500VP“ delivered by GRUPPO GRASSI S.r.l..

This monster of a machine replaces our previous machine. 

We can now compress/fold and roll almost any mattress for you. 

Weapon of choice?    Paper and/or plastic   packaging for your mattresses.

You can choose between the normal plastic packaging around your mattress and it is now also possible to pack your mattress flat or roll-packed completely in paper, thanks to Mondi Group.
Paper for a more natural look and eco friendly. Paper and plastic are both recyclable.

Our packaging line is fully equipped. Inner cover/Outer cover/Packing in paper or plastic/Compressing/folding/rolling, or flat packed/robotized box packing. 

All these steps can be chosen or not.
